DANESURE, Inc. is a licensed commercial insurance brokerage. We collect only what we need to quote and service your insurance, we do not sell your information, and we will never contact you for any reason other than your insurance needs.

1. Who We Are

DANESURE, Inc. (“DANESURE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a licensed commercial insurance brokerage incorporated in Arizona (Entity License #3004238332). Our principal place of business is Phoenix, AZ. We operate danesure.com and related subpages.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit a form on our website, upload documents, or contact us:

  • Business information: company name, business address, ZIP code, industry, years in operation, annual revenue, employee count
  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number
  • Insurance information: current carrier, policy numbers, coverage types, expiration dates, loss history, experience modification rate (EMR), annual payroll, and any policy documents you upload (dec pages, loss runs)
  • Quote preferences: coverage types requested, call-back time preferences

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site:

  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type, and device type via Google Analytics 4
  • Cookies: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Prepare and deliver commercial insurance quotes and coverage reviews
  • Contact you about your insurance request via phone, email, or SMS
  • Shop your coverage across our carrier network (100+ carriers through Smart Choice Insurance)
  • Analyze your current coverage for errors, gaps, and savings opportunities
  • Fulfill our obligations as your broker of record if you choose to work with us
  • Maintain our internal records and CRM (Notion) for lead and client management
  • Improve our website and services using aggregated, anonymized analytics data

We will never use your information to send unrelated marketing, sell you non-insurance products, or contact you for purposes unrelated to your insurance needs.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:

  • Insurance carriers: We share relevant business and coverage information with carriers and their underwriters solely for the purpose of obtaining quotes on your behalf
  • Smart Choice Insurance: Our carrier access partner receives business information necessary to process submissions
  • Service providers: We use Notion (CRM), Resend (email delivery), VAPI (phone AI), and Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure). Each is bound by data processing agreements
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request from the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) or other applicable authorities

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Document Uploads

Policy documents (dec pages, loss runs, certificates of insurance) you upload through /upload are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in Cloudflare R2 secure cloud storage. Access is restricted to licensed DANESURE producers and our authorized service providers. Documents are retained for the duration of our broker relationship plus 7 years for regulatory compliance, consistent with Arizona insurance records requirements.

6. Data Retention

  • Prospective clients (no policy bound): contact and quote information is retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized
  • Active and former clients: records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years as required by Arizona insurance regulations (A.R.S. § 20-282)
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 configuration

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal retention obligations)
  • Opt out of future communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or unsubscribing from any email

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@danesure.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We respond within 30 business days.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed exclusively at businesses and their owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, access controls limiting who can view your information, and secure cloud infrastructure through Cloudflare. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but maintain commercially reasonable practices appropriate for an insurance brokerage handling sensitive business information.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites (carrier websites, etc.). This Privacy Policy applies only to danesure.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked sites and encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal information.

11. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, session duration, referral sources). This data is aggregated and anonymized; we do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by using a browser with tracking protection enabled.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
